4. Shipping & Delivery Safety

Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Customer Responsibility: As outlined in our Return Policy, customers are responsible for inspecting the package upon arrival. Do not accept packages with broken or tampered seal tags. We strongly recommend recording an unboxing video as proof of the item's condition upon arrival.
