4. Delivery Safety & Acceptance

Verification of Seal: It is the customer's legal responsibility to refuse any package where the Dori Bazar security seal tags are broken, tampered with, or missing. Acceptance of a tampered package waives the right to claim for missing items or transit damage.
Evidentiary Requirement: For the safety of both parties, we recommend recording a continuous unboxing video. This video is required as primary evidence for any claims regarding damaged or missing items.
