We offer two tiers of shipping to suit your needs:

Standard Shipping (Free on orders above 1000): * Estimated delivery within 8–15 business days.

Orders below 1000 will have a standard shipping fee calculated at checkout.

Fastrack Shipping: * Estimated delivery within 4–7 business days.

Available for a flat fee of 99.

2. Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

Our products are often handcrafted or finished to order; this window ensures every piece meets our quality standards before it leaves our workshop.

3. Shipment Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking details typically become active within 24 hours.

4. Mandatory Delivery Protocols

To protect your purchase and ensure a smooth resolution in case of transit issues, please follow these steps:

Inspect the Seal: Do not accept any package if the outer security seal tags are broken, tampered with, or missing.

Unboxing Video: For your safety, we suggest recording a continuous video while opening your package. This serves as essential proof if an item is damaged or missing during transit.

5. International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select regions. Please note that any import duties, taxes, or VAT incurred at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
